The Discernment of Spirits is one of Ignatian's reflections. Through this program, participants are helped to recognize the movements of the Evil Spirit and the Good Spirit. Evil spirits always invite people to stay away from relationships with God and others. On the other hand, the Good Spirit always invites the person concerned to establish a love relationship with God, others, and the universe. The practice of discernment in spiritual exercise will help participants to recognize the movements of the two spirits. The more we know and practice discernment of spirits by its ups and downs, the more we will sharply distinguish which movements of evil spirits and which are movements of good spirits. This reflection is carried out for two days and one night and is open for the public.
