The Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life
Spiritual Exercises in daily life or so-called Spiritual Exercises no.19 are another way of practicing the 30 days Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius or so-called Great Retreat. In Spiritual Exercise (SE) 19, it says, "For those who are educated and concerned, but who are hindered by public interests or important works, be it every day devote an hour and a half for Spiritual Exercise." Thus, the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius can be carried out, even in our busy days. Spiritual Exercises in daily life (SE.19) were conducted online for three months. Hence, the conditions for following it; 1) participants are able to provide approximately two hours a day with details of 1 hour for spiritual exercise and 1 hour for journaling, 2) participants are able to be pro-active and take material learning initiatives and run according to guidance, 3) participants provide time for guidance/introduction online, 4) participants are able to submit the journals every day according to the agreed time, 5) participants have attended IGNASIAN RETREATS and SELF HEALING EXPERIENCES OF WOUND EXPERIENCES.
